Workbooks!

I have been anxiously waiting to do "homework" with Austin since the day he was born. I've been dreaming of new colors, notebooks and backpacks for over two years now. The excitement of writing his name on every single crayon keeps me up at night. (The thought of actually sending him to school is an entirely different story....baby steps.)

I've been searching for workbooks that are geared toward toddlers. I had to calm myself when I stumbled upon these...

Ages 2 - 3 - 4. 2? 2?!? Austin is 2 and a quarter! I was able to refrain from buying "my first book of cutting" (scissors? mama is not ready for that!) but tracing and coloring were in my basket before I could think twice.

I keep telling myself there is a good chance he won't be nearly as excited as I am. I'm sure he'll eventually learn to love them as much as I do....loving school supplies this much is only normal, right?!?

Yes, it is normal according to the life of Chrystal and Kalli:)

I thought I was the only one who loves school supplies! I walk through the aisle at Wal-Mart (or wherever I happen to be shopping) every time I go just to see if there is anything new:)
