I don't know if pack rat is even the right way to describe it. You see, Austin loves to take his trucks, tractors, cars, etc. with us EVERYWHERE we go. He asks for his "stuff" before we even walk out of the door. We can usually hold him over with a handful of trucks when we leave the house, but each day he's taking more and more to and from Nana's. It started with a harmless little gift bag..

He quickly outgrew the gift bag and moved on to this...

When the additional toys, including the saw he calls a wrench, weren't enough, he made his Nana start carrying this basket...

Of course he started pushing the basket to its limits...

When we couldn't get from the car to the house without spilling toys, he started carrying this bag. Thanks to his Cousin Kyle, he quickly had it packed to the gills with a "new" BIG GREEN tractor. (Not to mention the microphone he uses to sign opera.)

A few days later, he conned Nana into carrying the brown bag AND this green bucket:

Thanks to his Great Aunt Lynn (and Cousins, Devin and Stefan) he now wants to carry this storage tote each day:

Our next lesson: Less is more!
